SATURDAY LATE POST
hey guys. long time no update yeah? life's been busy these days but i'm still doing fine i guess. its just that i reach home around 1am everyday.
NO COMPLAINS though (i am not being sarcastic) cause i'm doing what i like. =))
yeah and i went to Fort Canning Park with greg the other day. here to post and tell you all about it. =DD
of course, in order to meet up with his majesty, greg, you will have to sacrifice some stuff to show your sincerity. well, for me, i had to accompany him to see the doc. hmm. EARLY IN THE MORNING. and which idiot friend of mine don't know i can never wake up in time.
BUT I DID THIS TIME! i cannot emphasize this enough, but i do wake up on time, once in a while..
he's got some problem with his feet. i don't exactly know what but hope he'll recover soon. =))
after that, OFF WE GO!
first stop,
FORT CANNING PARK!

i got my hands "chopped" by some random stamp we found along the road. its stupid but its not that ugly i guess! haha. looks like a temporary tattoo if you'd ask me. HAH!

then we came to this tunnel which is like kinda 'freaky' says greg. but the first thing that comes to my mind was.. The Cinderella story. hmm.. i dunno why but it give the kinda feeling like it leads to some secret room that cinderella was forced to stay in by her step mother. hmm. don't you think so?

and thats greg going down his 'freaky' stairs. after some walking, we decided to go down to the Singapore National Museum. somewhere AIR-CONDITIONED. its a hot day btw.

above is the very cool hanging lamps that swings in the air. its swings in a different pattern which changes every once in a while. amazing at first, but kinda lost interest after some time starring at it though. =/

this picture above is actually taken from a painting on the wall. its damn 3D right? if you didn't look carefully, you might think its actually 'live', like the shelves are there, BUT ITS NOT! its just a painting on the wall. damn cool eh?
above are the puppets you see in chinese puppets shows. i've always loved watching chinese puppet shows but seldom have the chance anymore. its like becoming extinct in singapore? maybe even the world?

haha! tiara for chinese princess in the olden times? NAH! props and accesories worn in chinese operas. beautiful ain't it.

and if only i own clothes like these in my wardrobe. haha. can you imagine? yeah. they're the costume for chinese opera singers. hmm. they sure look heavy to me. wonder how the opera singers manage to wear these costume and still able to sing out loud. not forgetting the thick make-up and all the strong spot light. uhhhh..

this would be the picture of the day. =DD with the 'WOW' camera skills i attained in my elective module i took in school, Exploring thg Photography, i'm able to capture this picture with just the correct flash intensity to create this light effect. hmm. BULLSHIT! the light effect is not created by me. haha!
well its a long day but still, i enjoyed that saturday out in the museum!
after that i went to meet liane and jearl in town. then back to yishun McCafe for supper which ended quite late. CAUSE we talked a lot. its always fun to be teasing each other. HAHA!
P.S: Jearl i know you're reading this, RETURN ME MY BRACELET! and remind liane about my green watch, IDIOT!
thanks jearl, liane and greg for the wonderful saturday!
